Nightwing Trend (Asa Noturna / Beth Cast)
The Nightwing trend on TikTok is a costume-transformation format built around Nightwing, the DC Comics hero (Dick Grayson’s independent identity after Robin): black-and-blue suit, eye mask, and a pair of escrima sticks. In Portuguese the character is Asa Noturna; Spanish-speaking TikTok often calls the viral remake wave the trend de Beth Cast Nightwing.
There are two clear waves. In March 2026, Brazilian TikTok and Instagram filled with AI clips that put a user’s face into a dark, blue-lit Nightwing look and sync the still to motion (often via CapCut or similar tools). That wave ran under #asanoturna and #nightwing.
The Halloween spike that most English and Spanish remakes copy starts with Mexican creator Beth Cast. On 6 October 2026 she posted a 14-second clip captioned “Buenas noches” with #halloween #bethcast #disfraz #nightwing. In a purple-lit room she holds a blue mask in casual clothes, then cuts into a Nightwing-style bodysuit and dances with two glowing sticks. TikTok lists the sound as STEREO LOVE FUNK by Cotneus, PVNZER & Kngmn (EP released May 2026). The post is live cosplay, not an AI short.
From mid-to-late October 2026, remakes and one-photo AI versions of that mask-up → costume-dance beat spread under tags such as #nightwing, #nightwingtrend, and #bethcast. CapCut hosts public “Nightwing trend” templates. Do not confuse the Beth Cast Halloween routine with the earlier March Asa Noturna photo-to-hero wave: same character, different format and timeline.
