Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aispin LLC ("Aispin", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you use FADEO at fadeo.ai (the "Service"). Aispin LLC is responsible for your information. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If we offer sign-in with a third-party account, we receive your name, email and profile picture from that provider.
• Uploads and videos: the photos and clips you upload, the trend templates you choose, and the videos generated from them.
• Payment information: when you buy a plan or credit pack, Stripe collects your card details. We receive limited details such as your Stripe customer ID, plan, payment status and billing country, but never your full card number.
• Usage and device information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and features you use, timestamps and error logs. Sign-in sessions record the IP address and browser they were created from, to keep your account secure.
• Messages: what you send us when you contact support.

Your Uploads often show faces. We use them only to generate the videos you request. We don't use them to identify people, we don't create face templates, faceprints or other biometric identifiers from them, and we don't use your Uploads or videos to train AI models. We never sell them.

• to provide the Service: create your account, generate and store your videos, and show your history;
• to process payments, grant credits and refund failed generations;
• to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• to fix bugs and improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible;
• to send you service messages such as receipts and important account or policy updates; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with law.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that process it for us under contract: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and email delivery providers.
• AI video providers: to generate a video, your Upload and the template's instructions are sent to our generation API partner and the video model provider behind the chosen template (for example ByteDance Seedance, Kuaishou Kling, MiniMax Hailuo or Alibaba Wan). They process them to return your video under their own terms.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us, including reports to NCMEC.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with this policy continuing to apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Generated videos are private to your account: only you can open them unless you download and share them yourself.

So that AI providers can fetch them, Uploads are stored at long, randomly generated links that cannot be guessed. Anyone who has such a link could open the file, so don't share links to your Uploads.

We use only essential cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and secure the Service. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

We keep account information and your videos while your account is active. You can delete a generated video at any time from your History. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your account information, Uploads and videos within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer, for example payment and tax records, or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information or your account;
• object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent you gave; and
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't do either).

To make a request, email support@fadeo.ai from the address linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time required by law (generally 30 to 45 days). You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you're in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact support@fadeo.ai and we'll delete it.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and trusted infrastructure providers. No service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away about any suspected unauthorized access.

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK or other regions with transfer rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we'll let you know by email or in the Service before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
